Instructions

1. Must fill up all required fields marked with * in left.

2. Enter your valid Email ID.

3. Enter a password within 30 characters.

4. Retype your password.

5. Click on Browse button, select any of your photographs within 15 KB.

6. Click on Attach button to attach your selected photograph.

7. After entering all required fields click on Submit button.

8. After submitting, your user id and password will be mailed to your email account.
