Position

Officer, Store (Aarong Dairy)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

To maintain the store inventory level as monthly consumption and re-order level
To ensure the proper tagging of identification slip and bin cards on each item
Prepare monthly & annual material consumption & requirement report
Supervise store labours and getting results through efficient & effective way
Provide raw materials and other consumables to concerned departments
Keeping records and inventory of stock
Receive and supply goods to/from customers
Maintain fifo, ageing, space, hygiene and cleanliness in workstation
To review Stock and control inventory time to time
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Candidates should have Graduation from any government approved institute with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirement:

At least 1 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Inventory/ Store Management.

Must have the skill of multitasking
