Position

Supervisor, Day Care, Aarong Dairy Factory

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and control of all activities of Daycare (BDFP)
  • Giving proper instruction to attendants/caregiver for food maintenance and sleeping of babies. 
  • Perform all functions through proper communication with HR, Maintenance, Procurement and other departments.
  • Making the right decisions regarding day care attendants' regular activities, leaves and overtime.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of Daycare’s asset, babies learning materials and toys.
  • Ensure proper nurturing of babies to develop mental and psychical growth.  
  • Ensure and maintain healthy environment in Daycare.
  • Communicate and maintain good relationship with parents.  
  • Ensure overall safety of babies and take appropriate steps to reduce and prevent accidents.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. 
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements:

The candidate should have Bachelor/Graduation in any discipline from any government approved institute with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
