Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management and proven experience as Head of HR /Sr. Level position in business organizations
Additional Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Laws, strategic Human Resource Management, change Management, organizational development initiatives, Performance Management System
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong strategic thinking ability along with good analytical, problem solving and networking skills
