Position

Regional Sales Manager (BRAC Seed & Agro Enterprise)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and achieve sales target based on territories, manage credit recovery and arrange returnof goods to seed processing center by timeline
  • Hold responsibility for a certain sales growth rate of each territory under his/her purview
  • Help territory in-charge in setting dealer and sub-dealer, analyzing dealer-wise sales trend andgrowth adding or deleting dealer
  • Help territory in-charge in solving dealer’s dispute over product complaint, sales or due balance andother business issues with recommendation
  • Ensure territory-wise promotional material by territory officer at trade
  • Recommend and process deployment, transfer and termination of territory in-charge
  • Supervise market following passbook record and farmer visit by territory officers based on themonthly plan and analyze the sales visit with business earned in a given territory
  • Liaise with government, NGO, dealers’ and farmers’ association and other stakeholders and ensureflow of information to supervisor regarding sales, product, customers and legal issues beyondjurisdiction
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation toachieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensurethe implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourageothers to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • The candidates must have Graduation, Post Graduation in Agriculture or BBA/MBA in Marketingfrom any reputed institute with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academicexaminations.
  • Education qualification may be relaxed for experienced and competent candidates

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
