Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Design and build the result base monitoring framework including guideline and monitoring tools using sales force and Taro Works
Contribute to developing gender-focused M&E framework and procedures for the evaluation of PROGRESS and other projects of Skills Development Programme (SDP)
Monitor the program performance on selected indicators and based on the project expected result and outcome
Collect and preserve monitoring data based on monitoring framework with proper documentation of PROGRESS and other projects of SDP
Keep the M&E products updated for set indicators and collect all research including external baseline, mid-term and final evaluation for finding the project’s impact
Carry out monitoring data analysis and deliver quality and timely production of M&E information Products in line with field visits and requirements of PROGRESS and other project of SDP
Identify and analyse document and disseminate lessons learned to the stakeholders within and outside BRAC
Provide guidance to develop and monitor the program’s Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) of PROGRESS and other project of SDP
Assist to conduct different study under of PROGRESS and other project of SDP
Frequent field visit to monitor the field activities
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Social Science/ Anthropology/ Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant job experience is required. Candidates having experience in the field of quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis will be preferred
Additional Job Requirements:

Have knowledge on research, report writing, project proposal writing, budget, and M&E framework including log frame development, public health, and social issues
Have skills in literature search from website and reference writing by using Endnote
Excellent command on Excel, SPSS, Atlas-ti, STATA, Ror and other statistical analysis software
Strong programming skills in Java is required and familiar with ArcGIS and Tableau
Demonstrated ability to implement advanced data analysis and database management tasks
Excellent analytical/ quantitative skills, data quality conscious, detail oriented, and able to identify key issues, formulate options and make recommendations
Good understanding in M&E and operations monitoring framework development
Have strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Bangla
Age Range: Maximum 36 years
