Position: Manager, Product and Customer Service

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Design, develop and execute of new products through research and monitoring
Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimisation, and pricing issues of the new product with the assistance of other stakeholders
Ensure yearly sales/ margin review of all products & executed /communicate go-forward plan to the field
Ensure marketing communications strategic direction for product catalogs, new products, sell sheets, and launch programs
Manages project budget and prepare financial analysis reports for the managements.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Develop service procedures, policies and standards of CS and overall project
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports of CS
Assist in recruitment and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the management
Educational Requirements:
Masters with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Sound knowledge on collecting and analysing data
Need to have time management skills
Have to be a strategic thinker
Age Range: Maximum 40 years
