Position: Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Conduct monitoring of programme processes, results and immediate outcomes in the target towns and cities
Identify monitoring issues, set up indicators, and develop questionnaires and other tools for data collection
Conduct surveys, stakeholder consultations, in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, FGDs and other tools for collecting qualitative and quantitative data
Disseminate monitoring findings with respective staff and other relevant stakeholders
Prepare monthly monitoring report and submit to Head Office
Identify and document case studies on significant success or failure as well as on programmatic learning and good practices.
Conduct investigation as per programme requirements
Educational Requirements:
Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with all second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in national or international development organisation or programme is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Knowledge of data management and data presentation
Knowledge of software applications and tools for data management
Knowledge of qualitative monitoring and sampling system
Have sound knowledge and understanding of communication, strategy, decision making and problem solving and documentation
Excellent analytical skills
