Position: Manager, MIS, TUP

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Coordinate the activities of MIS team, prepare work plan, identify scope of MIS facilities, design and implement the MIS works according to the requirements of programme
Implementation and management of MIS infrastructure including implementation of data collection and report generation software through modern technologies in changing needs of the programme
Organise and ensure data analysis to prepare monthly /quarterly MIS reports for both the internal management and external requester/stakeholders
Identify demand for MIS data and constantly review formats/tools to capture the quantitative/ qualitative data based on AOP/ M&E framework
Facilitate to organise training /refreshers on MIS tools for the field level managers to improve their capacity on data management/analysis and accuracy etc.
Educational Requirements:
M.Sc / MBA from any recognized university or institution with all second class/division or equivalent CGPA in all academic examinations. No third class/ division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in different positions on MIS design, database management and implementation, data validity/quality and analysis, technical assistance and staff development, generate statistical and analytical reports, presentation and budget preparing based on indicators that guides decision making & programme implementation

MIS skills database management and MS office packages
Have analytical and presentation skills with proven critical thinking
Have ability to maintain communication among programmes people and to write analytical reports
Have ability to prepare programme/project’s budget and analysis
Have capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Competent to work in pressure and in high stress environment
Have ability of teamwork, team building and commitment integrity
Have flexibility in dealing with a wide range of tasks
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
