Position: Senior Executive Engineer

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that set standards are adhered to
Collect all approved drawing, design, specifications from concern authority and have a clear concept regarding the drawing, design and specifications
Prepare the details estimation of required materials and time schedule and place the requisition to concern authority time to time.
Maintain the all procedure quotation collect with local committee and approval
Training the construction personnel and verifying their qualification with experience before hiring them
Providing direction to all contractors and their team to better quality work
Planning coordinating, recommending and implementing the construction designs
Formulating the construction and maintenance plan
Working with other supervisors in the construction site in order to determine the working priorities
Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time
Preparing schedules and assigning work to construction personnel
Ensuring that the construction work is completed in good time and that the set budget is adhered to
Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards
Determining work methods that result to improved efficiency and productivity in the work place
Supervising the economical completion of the project
Ensuring the quantity and quality of materials received and used and to place (monthly, weekly) report to the concern authority time to time
Preserved with updated all type of project related document
Preparing the labor contractor’s bill with ensure the payment in due time
Control the materials misuse with store; Updated the cash, ledger and stock
Correspondence with local authority in program wise (meeting with time to time)
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc Civil Engineering from any recognised university with minimum all second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
At least 8 to 10 years’ of work experience
