Job Description/Responsibilities:

BRAC International is seeking application from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position: Key Responsibilities: Ensuring learning opportunities for the marginalized children through the education program of BRAC international, the key responsibilities include:
Search for funding opportunities and designing effective education interventions for the marginalized children in those countries where BRAC International operates or will operate.
Write/contribute to concept notes and project proposals for education projects of BRAC International
Review budgets as per project proposal.
Maintain donor liaison (reporting requirements, support/prepare donor report)
Provide technical support to the education projects of BRAC International in terms of strategic direction, TOR, M&E design, log frame preparation, work plan, theory of change etc.
Progress Monitoring of education projects including budget tracking.
Perform to produce/Edit annual/quarterly/monthly internal or external report.
To work with diverse group of people and regularly coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop advocacy/sustainability strategy for the education projects.
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Education/ Development Studies/ Social Science
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in education or relevant field.
Additional Job Requirements:

Feeding into designing important relevant events such as Global Learning Meetings
Supporting other departments/events/activities with relevant information such as information for annual reports by Communications team, information for Board meeting etc.
Coordinate/organize visits of donors/fund managers/staffs to and from countries.
Good command in English both written and oral.
Experienced in donor reporting and donor liaison.
Experienced in proposal development and grant management.
Well verse in child protection policies.
Adequate knowledge on curriculum review and methodology
