Position: In-Charge, MIS and Monitoring

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure the design of overall monitoring and evaluation process of the Humanitarian Crisis Management Project and prepare work plans and M&E budget
Supervise to the development of monitoring and MIS tools/ reporting formats and ensure timely and accurate reporting as per guideline
Manage & strengthen reporting channel, recording and reporting system, and preservation of data/ report for periodic monitoring of programme areas
Ensure Logistics MIS (LMIS) recording and reporting system along with preservation of data/ report and ensure central monthly inventory report with proper documentation
Ensure implementation of the surveillance system (i.e. data collection, reporting and feedback)
Coordinate the implementation of project activities with transparency and accountability through regular monitoring & supervision; analyse the target vs. achievement scenario and resource mobilisation
Prepare periodic departmental & donor reports
Ensure capacity development of concern staff
Educational Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in MIS/ CSE or any other related subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ of professional experience in related field
Additional Job Requirements:

Sound knowledge on monitoring and its techniques
In-depth computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SPSS
Strong willingness to visit field frequently and able to work under pressure
Strong strategic and people management skills
Excellent skills in report writing and presentation
Strong team building skills with gender friendly attitude
Excellent analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently
Age Range: Maximum 40 years
