Position: Manager – Research and Evaluation, TUP

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Develop annual research and evaluation objectives which can be translated into action plans
Research design, implement, collect data, analyze and report
To undertake qualitative and quantitative research that provides information regarding programme implementation
Develop and tailor tools/methodologies to gather and analyze data
Develop capacity of the team members through one to one mentoring, workshop and external resources.
Closely work with TUP programme’s operation team and advocacy team to identify research and evaluation needs
Provide support to operation team in strategy development process through providing relevant research findings.
Advise on and support project evaluations formulated within a framework that demonstrates evidence based best practice whilst identifying output and outcomes
Educational Requirements:
Master Degree in Economics, Development Studies, statistics, business administration and any other relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
At least 4-5 years working experience in the field of research and evaluation, extensive knowledge in methodology, data analysis (STATA) and digital data management
