Position: Deputy/ Manager-Business Development, Research and Knowledge Management for BRAC Education Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Developing viable business product and maintain quality of education
Develop academic and business model for different products
Conduct need based action research and promote knowledge management
Being updated with global changes in education system and continuously improving product quality/scanning innovative school models
Generating critical insights in our services and documenting as needed
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Getting the right partner on board as deemed necessary
Educational Requirements:
BBA/ BEd from any recognised university with at least GPA 3 or equivalent result in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA 3 is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar field
Additional Job Requirements:
Age Range: Maximum 34 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
