Position: Analyst, BRAC Education Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Analyse monitoring data to understand patterns, trends and consequences to support implementation of programs, enterprises and support functions
Communicate of monitoring findings, and results with analysis through presentations to stakeholders
Participate in strategic planning of Monitoring department and assist to update Monitoring Plan
Design surveys, identify parameters and sampling
Develop digital monitoring tool/ questionnaire by taking inputs of stakeholders
Provide regular/periodic report and monthly monitoring dashboard
Prepare learnings from the monitoring/ research studies based on stakeholder feedback
Maintain regular coordination with assigned programs and monitoring staffs
Capacity development of monitoring officers including; need assessment, planning, conduct training, and follow up
Assist to jointly conduct reflection and learning sessions regularly with the various programme’s and functions
Conduct extensive field visits for understanding and ensuring data quality and helping in enriching monitoring process
Assist to archive learnings
Educational Requirements:
Masters from any recognised national/ international university with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
3 years of working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in any national/ international development organisation
Additional Job Requirements:

In-depth knowledge in monitoring data analysis and its techniques
Skills on survey design and questionnaire development
Have skills on training, report writing
Have excellent knowledge on MS Office and SPSS
Have idea of developing mobile based questionnaires
Ability to visit field frequently
Have people management, strong communication and presentation skills
Gender friendly attitude, team player and innovative
Ability to work under pressure
