Position: Reporting and Documentation Officer

Job Description/Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for organising and producing relevant information to help to prepare donors reports, develop concept note for the relevant stake holders.
Assist to develop concept note, proposal, situation report, action plan and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
Produce IEC materials and publish them through various platforms for the wider audience.
Assist to write quality donor reports in collaboration with country teams and BI monitoring units.
Share information on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Response within and outside BRAC.
Assist to develop consolidated reports to share with BI staffs and stakeholders.
Documents and share monitoring feedback and knowledge events to inform new programme design, planning and learning.
Support to promote BRAC International humanitarian branding at regional and global level.
Educational Requirements:
Four years Bachelor degree in Social Science/ Communications/ Disaster Management/ Development Studies/ Geography and Environment/ Science or other comparative university degree.
Experience Requirements:

At least one year experience in NGOs/development sectors or completed internship in relevant field.
Experience in writing reports, meeting minutes, developing IEC materials, presentation.
