Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare budgets for new proposals/programmes, working with relevant departments, and coordinate the internal dependencies
Ensure budgets shared with donors adhere to format and guidelines, align with proposed activities, and are high quality. These could include projects that have cost-recovery and social enterprise components.
Supply relevant financial metrics like value-for-money, where appropriate
Conduct financial analyses on different budgets and provide input to the programme development team
Prepare financial narratives for proposals and donor reports
Prepare strategic reports on the financials for the senior leadership on key strategic priority areas
Assist HR and finance & accounts team for grant management
Educational Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Accounting/MIS from any recognized University with CGPA 2.5 and above.
Experience Requirements:

3 years of relevant experience, especially on preparing budgets and financial management in international development context along with experience in grant management and information system will be an added value. Experience in financial analysis and planning of business models and grants is preferred.
