Position: Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation (Learning & BLC operation)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare monitoring and evaluation work plan including key performance indicators.
Study area selection and Prepare training monitoring tools and techniques
Validate monitoring issues through sharing with BLC local management and HO management
Develop training evaluation tools and techniques on reaction and learning level
Organise training evaluation tools and techniques on behavior level
Piloting tools and collect data
Data entry through SPSS and Prepare Data tabulation sheet and analyse
Present monitoring and evaluation findings and Produce M&E reports
Assess TNA among BRAC staffs on Monitoring & Evaluation
Develop training module on monitoring & and training evaluation
Facilitate both monitoring & evaluation and training evaluation course
Educational Requirements:
Masters in statistics or any other relevant disciplines from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examination. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and well known SPSS
