Position: Case Management Deputy (Contractual), Humanitarian Crisis Management Project

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure case notes are entered into the case management system
Provide continuous capacity building and skills development for team
Conduct weekly case management supervision with field staff
Ensure SGBV Protection case management is conducted according to the ISCG minimum standards guide
Manage high-risk cases
Attend meeting of case management task-force
Educational Requirements:
Masters from any recognised university/ institutions in areas of Social Work/ Psychology with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in development sector where 5 years’ managerial experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of SGBV, mental health problems and working with refugees/ vulnerable populations
Skills on case management, how to refer cases, design a case action plan and follow up
Ability to adapt to changes and work in tense situations
Strong motivation and ability to undertake regular field visit and interact with different stakeholders
Excellent report writing and communication skills both in English and Bangla
Able to speak the local Chittagong dialect is a plus
