Position: Manager, Business Development, Skills Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities for the BRAC-ISD and develop business plans, proposals, tender documents etc.
Ensure yearly sales revenue target is ensured by fulfilling quarterly sales revenue target and quarterly student admission target
Develop sustainable partnership with different NGOs, TVET Institutions, Polytechnic Colleges across the country for conducting training and for continuous admission flow of students for BRAC-ISD
Ensure different Skills related government funding in favor of BRAC-ISD
Ensure effective ATL (Print & Electronic Media, Cable TV), BTL and digital marketing plan for BRAC-ISD
Take on strategies and interventions to contribute towards branding, image building, and marketing BRAC-ISD
Identify network building mechanism with local and overseas employer for BRAC-ISD graduates and ensure the decent employment opportunities
Ensure International Accreditation and Process Automation for BRAC-ISD
Identify learner collection mechanism for BRAC-ISD, ensure its effective implementation and Job placement for the BRAC-ISD graduates, bring advance job demand for future placement
Ensure participation of BRAC-ISD in major Trade Fairs & Employment Fairs across the country
Ensure incentive based sales approach for internal & external stakeholders
Identify district wise specific trades which BRAC-ISD can operate either with own funding or with sustainable partnership modality
Ensure effective use of different social media for branding of BRAC-ISD
Meeting major stakeholders all over the country on regular basis for the purpose of business development
Plan for marketing, job placement & recruitment for branches outside of Dhaka for future expansion
Ensure job fair and round table seminars with employers
Plan and execute the Skills gap analysis in industries and recommend to the authority for trade curriculum enrichment
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s from any recognised University/ Institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
At least 05 years’ relevant professional experience in relevant field. Candidates having experience in private sector in employment support service will be an added advantage
Additional Job Requirements:

Have demonstrated skills on business management & proposal development, corporate communications, marketing, public affairs, partnership building and negotiation
Have sound Knowledge on socio economic condition and TVET sector of Bangladesh
Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill
High level of proficiency in relevant computer applications and use of social media
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment and deliver results in a timely manner
Excellent writing and spoken skill
Flexible for travelling and movement
Can do attitude
