Position: Programme Coordinator, Human Rights and Legal Aid Services Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Assist in strategic decisions and corresponding analysis
Conduct analysis of performance, supervise data collection, analysis, knowledge management of HRLS and the social enterprises
Take a leadership role in multi-level meeting and facilitate open channels of two-way communications
Supervise and advise on the progress and future development of social enterprises
Maintain liaison with other BRAC programmes to continued development of social enterprise
Act as a focal for M&E Framework and Plan, AOPs and other strategy documents
Provide guidance, analysis and editing help in writing mid and annual progress reports, program overviews as well as develop communication materials
Provide guidance in developing budgets for new initiatives and existing projects
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Social Science/ Development Studies/ International Affairs/ Law/ Human Rights/ Women and Gender Studies or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university/ institution with all 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience on program management in development sector is required. Candidates having experience in the field of legal advocacy/ human rights or gender rights will get preference
Additional Job Requirements:

Have sound knowledge of recent global context on human rights & development issues
Proven experiences in program development & management, financial management, budgetary control, advocacy & networking, negotiation, M&E and knowledge management, grants proposal writing etc.
Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill
Excellent communicator with strong writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla
