Position: Senior Manager, Financial Review and Reporting; Finance & Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Review and analyse monthly financial reports regarding budgets- actual and forecast
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual financial progress reports and statutory accounts as required
Improve general financial management and reporting procedures
Develop capacity on financial management, transparency, accountability and knowledge sharing
Assist to forecast and develop budgets, financial and business plans for programmes
Implementation of budget linked with plans and monitor as required
Provide recommendations on financial projects and compliances and assist with development and management of internal financial audits
Follow up and address issues identified by BRAC financial reports and Audit observations
Educational Requirements:
MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any recognised university with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Have accounting and finance knowledge including the fundamentals of finance, accounting, business planning and budgeting
Have experience on financial reporting and statements analysis, variance analysis and bench-marking
Have skills on advanced Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholders management skill
Excellent Financial reports presentation skill
Have competencies on problem solving, decision making, strategic planning, organising, leadership and teamwork
