Position: Deputy Manager, Support to Field Operations, Social Enterprise, BRAC Education Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Visit field offices and schools to supervise and manage field operations effectively
Support the HO team track field level practices as per standard and generate targeted revenue
Identify field level barriers and give feedback to the central team
Ensure all operational objectives are met on-time, within scope and within budget
Support Head of Field Operations in identifying procurement requirements, availability and allocation at field level
Guide field team in building and maintaining relationships with parents, community, local government authorities as suggested by central team
Coordinate internal resources for effective execution of project
Prepare field report as per the need of management
Educational Requirements:
Masters in any discipline from any reputed university/ educational institute preferably with CGPA of 3.50 but not less than CGPA of 3.00 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
At least 2-5 years experience in managing operational activities in development sector
Additional Job Requirements:

Maintain liaison with other cost recovery and enterprise activity of BEP
Maintain liaison with BIED, RED & NGO affairs bureau
Age Range: Maximum 38 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
