Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare marketing & promotion plan and strategies for developing Bhumi Bondhu as a social enterprise
Develop communication materials by consulting with Knowledge management and Advocacy officer
Analyze Market trends, cash flows, income statements and balance sheets based on data and information
Maintain positive relationship with local land offices to ensure smooth operation of Bhumi Bondhu and prepare detail business plan
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Masters from any recognised public or private university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience in corporate sector particularly in the field of business development
Additional Job Requirements:

Knowledge on marketing and business promotion
Understanding social marketing plan, strategy and financial projection
Ability to work under pressure and ready to extensive field visit
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
In-depth computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SPSS
Have excellent verbal and written skills both in Bengali and English
