Position: Deputy Manager, Compliance; Finance and Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare annual return of BRAC and BRAC investment undertakings
Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect to annual return filed before the register of Joint stock companies and firms
Plan and deal with the register of joint stock companies and firms in relation to various issues
Liaison and maintain all related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain maximum benefits
Prepare notice and agenda relating to AGM/ EGM and Board Meeting
Prepare minutes books and statutory registers relating to AGM/ EGM and board meetings
Consult with corporate consultants as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues
Monitor compliance systems to ensure effectiveness
Implement compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the organisation
Educational Requirements:
MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any recognised university with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Have knowledge on enterprise accounts, accounting principles and their implications and Tax
Strong communication skills, both at the executive and operations level
Self-motivated and a problem solving ability
Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Fluent in English, both verbal and written language
Willing to travel when necessary
Age Range: Maximum 32 years
