Position: Manager, Tax and VAT; Finance and Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect to Income tax and VAT in various field offices
Plan and deal with TAX and VAT related issues internally and externally in relation to various field offices
Liaison and maintain all tax and VAT related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain tax and VAT benefits
Provide employee training on Tax and VAT related topics, policies, or procedures to various Tax and VAT related staff in field office
Deliver a full range of tax and VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe in field offices
Identify and mitigate tax and VAT risk in field offices
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
Educational Requirements:
MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any recognised university with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is required

Strong communication skills, both at the executive and operations level
Self-motivated and a problem solving ability
Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Fluent in English, both verbal and written language
Willing to travel when necessary
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
