Position: Associate Officer, Marketing (Contractual), Skills Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Conduct market survey to identify potential learners for different occupation specific training courses for BRAC Institute of Skills Development (BRAC- ISD)
Ensure effective learner selection to avoid dropouts
Implement promotional and marketing activities at the field level to reinforce the learner collection process
Collect admission fees from learners at BRAC-ISD
Ensure learner attendance along with their graduation and preventing learner dropout
Develop daily, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors from any recognized University/ Institution with minimum second division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Knowledge on business management and proposals, forecasting, planning, budgeting, MIS report, industry linkage etc.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Have good writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali
Flexible in movement to seek for business development growth along with can do attitude
Age Range: Maximum 40 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
