Position: Senior Officer, Learning Development

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and preparing the training strategy and calendar as per TNA along with maintaining proper documentation.
Assist in designing and implementing the Training schedule/outline as per TNA and programme needs/requirements.
Design and development of training module/contents and ensure effectiveness of training programme.
Provide support to equip facilitators by TOT module and continuous follow-up.
Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes/modifications.
Provide support to gather best practices, new training methods/processes from outside organization/industry and re-equip / update the facilitator accordingly with the changes.
Facilitate training courses, workshops in and outside of BRAC, if needed.
Assist in other BLD, HR or OD activities as and when required as per Management decision.
Educational Requirements:
Masters in any discipline from any recognised University with minimum CGPA 2.5 or above and equivalent. Applicants having Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources including 1 year experience in Training & Development (Module design & development), Human Capital Development (HCD),Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Management .
