Position: Deputy Manager, Knowledge Management, Gender Justice and Diversity Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Identify and document learning and good practices on gender equality changes in various BRAC programmes, departments and enterprises
Product draft learning reports on various thematic issues related to gender equality and women empowerment
Support carrying out various internal and external studies on a range of thematic issues related to gender and women’s empowerment
Organise and facilitate different forum such as workshop, learning sharing dialogue, field based interactive sessions on gender equality and women’s empowerment
Undertake learning field visits to different BRAC and non-BRAC development interventions to capture leaning on gender equality and women’s empowerment
Deliver ready references of learning and good practices in favor of developing innovating projects of BRAC
Support dissemination / publication of information and reports in public space such as website, blogs and other media
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Gender Studies/ Social Science from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
At least 4 years of working experience in relevant field
Additional Job Requirements:

Good understanding of the gender and development issues in the context of Bangladesh
Good understanding of the project management
Have practical experience in the area of development research
Have experience in producing reports using both qualitative and quantitative data
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
