Position: Officer, Employment (Project), Skills Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Identify industry specific employer’s demand through local market survey, interviewing, arranging stakeholders’ consultation forum etc.
Assist to Identify and select potential partner organisation for providing industrial attachment
Analyse market demand for local and overseas employment
Ensure job placement for BRAC-ISD graduates by identifying and securing potential employers through developing partnership & signing MOU
Maintain regular communication and following up BRAC-ISD graduates
Establish network with different industry specific employers forum, industry specific associations, etc.
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
Educational Requirements:
Masters or Bachelors in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution with all 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
Additional Job Requirements:

Have knowledge about job placement, sales and marketing
Have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong networking skill
Target oriented and able to work under pressure
Ready to extensive field visit
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
