Position: Assistant Manager, QC (BRAC Chicken)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Monitor and Control the quality and integrity of Raw, packaging and finished product regularly
Monitor and control online process, product quality and food safety requirement.
Develop standard operating procedures in light with ISO22000:2005 and implement the same for maintaining consistent quality product
Prepare, review, update and implement the quality control manual and SOP
Conduct root causes analysis against any non-conformity, customer feedback and implement the desired corrective action and also conduct all laboratory analysis.
Set departmental and individual KPI’s basis on organisational goal and objective with an annual budget
Liaison with BSTI for achieving new product license and updating the existing license
Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Educational Requirements:
e candidate must have Masters in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Technology/ Food Science/ D.V.M with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 year(s)
