Position: Programme Organiser, Integrated Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Form Village Development Organisation (VDO), identifying programme participants, building capacity of VDO members for leadership development and leading community for addressing both social and economic issues
Organise group meeting and mobilise community for identifying different local resources
Understand and implement different programme components through an integrated innovative approach
Arrange and conduct community level capacity development through different training session
Ensure quality of services and programme components through home visit and community meeting
Accelerate social mobilisation and engage community people in different development activities
Prepare monthly MIS, case studies, learning, challenges and submit to his/ her supervisor
Educational Requirements:
Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examination

Additional Job Requirements:

Able to build relationship with community people and local government institutions (LGI)
Good communication skill; computer skill on MS office applications
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
