Job Description/Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities of the role Include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for overall reporting of the assigned countries.
Reviewing and finalizing monthly financial statements of the country in compliance of International Accounting Standard (IAS) and related guidelines
Check monthly financial reports, suggest Country Head of Accounts for improvements and ensure HO logistics are calculated accurately and paid regularly.
Ensure segment wise accounting are being maintained and segmental financial reports are being done on a timely basis.
Working directly with external auditors and providing necessary support to complete annual auditing within the deadline and receive a clean report.
Ensure all required donor and investor/ lender reports are submitted on time.
Provide technical support to IT team in developing various finance and accounting modules in ERP system
Identify operations and system improvement areas for the finance function and manage change implementation process.
Verifyavailability of budgets before incurring major procurements.
Accomplish other duties as delegated by supervisors.
Educational Requirements:

BBA with concentration/major in Finance/Accounts
Certification in ACA/CMA/ACCA partly/ qualified will be privileged
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years ofexperience in the related field
Experience in managinginternational donor funded projects & microfinance operations will be treated as an added advantage
Experience in working with cross boarder team and culture.
Acquainted with ERP & finance module
