Position: Officer, Quality Management System

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Work with process owners in developing standard operating procedures (SoPs) under the guidance of line manager
Take part in conducting schedule/ unscheduled internal QMS audits to verify the effectiveness of QMS
Maintain liaison with all key process owners for effective and timely closer of audit findings
Facilitate in training programs for internal auditor, Quality Control Circle member on QMS/ problem solving tools
Participate in QCC meeting to guide circle members and make the circle activity effective
Facilitate in team tracking activity of field forces (Sales)
Any other activity as assigned necessary by management.
Educational Requirements:
The candidate should have BSc/ MSc in Food Engineering/ Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Animal Husbandry with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
At least 02 years
Additional Job Requirements:

Graduation in Food Engineering candidates will be given preference
Must have knowledge in ISO 9001:2008, 6s, QCC, FSMS
Must have Good communication skill, SoP writing
Must have the skill of multitasking and ability to work under pressure
Must have the Analytical ability and positive attitude
