Position: Manager, M&E, Targeting the Ultra poor (TUP)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Develop and update overall M&E framework in accordance to the programme strategies and donor requirements.
Work closely with operations and technical unit to ensure data requirements are integrated into project management processes
Coordinate the activities of the MIS team, prepare work plan, identify scope of MIS facilities, design and implement the MIS works according to the requirements of programme
Implementation and management of MIS infrastructure including implementation of data collection and report generation software through modern technologies in changing needs of the programme.
Ensure effective and efficient MIS software vendor management and coordinate with software development team
Identify M&E requirement for new initiatives and pilot projects and ensure development of proper M&E system according to the requirement
Organize and ensure data analysis to prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports for both the internal management and external requester/stakeholders
Prepare tools, techniques and methodology for data collection in order to track logical framework, project performance tracking, indicators, data flow chart etc.
Identify and report strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systems and propose solutions to improve implementation.
Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of M&E and to identify where improvement might be needed.
Facilitate organizing training/ refreshers on MIS tools for the field level managers to improve their capacity on data management/analysis and accuracy etc.
Educational Requirements:
Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in economics, statistics, data science or Masters in Business Administration or any other relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
At least 3-4 years’ of experience at different positions on M&E system development & management, MIS design, data analysis, data validity/quality management, technical assistance & staff development; generate statistical & analytical reports and presentation.
