Position: Instructor, IT (Contractual); Skills Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure effective training on 2D Graphic design, MS office package and Freelancing
Plan and organize institutional activities
Develop complete training modules and ensure adequate training materials
Provide competency based training
Provide Institutional assessment at the completion of each competency and ensure certification
Certificate of completion have to provide to the learner upon completion of all the competencies required
Conduct induction programme to new learners
Coordinate and develop network with different institute activities
Support to WPI unit for ensuring job placement for trainees
Educational Requirements:

Diploma in Graphics design or B.Sc in Computer Science of Graduation in any subject from any reputed public or private university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Candidates having Graduation from any subject has to expertise on Graphic design and Freelancing also can apply
Certified in online freelancing will be preferable
Experience Requirements:

Experience on at least 3 freelancing successful projects (Project portfolio has to be submitted)
1- 2 years practical experience of conducting training and developing modules for IT courses is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Expertise on designing leaflet, Banner, brochure, poster, logo etc using Photoshop and Illustrator
Details knowledge on freelancing
Diversified knowledge of IT sector in Bangladesh and global market
Know-how of earning online through bidding for projects
Excellent verbal communication skill
Experience on staff management
