Position: Manager, Economic Reintegration (Contractual), Migration Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare economic reintegration plans and execute those on a regular basis
Develop and execute comprehensive plan to provide financial support for returnee migrants
Provide technical support to establish community enterprise, in case of sub contract, select suitable partners and build up their capacities
Build partnership with different service providers and prepare referral plan
Follow up the referral process on a regular basis and prepare progress report
Oversee project activities and be the contact point for economic reintegration component under ‘Prottasha’ project
Help project team and other stakeholders to define, communicate and drive the strategic vision and goal of the programme
Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of specific component of the project
Advice on ‘best practice’ approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused
Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to project management
Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritization of work and thereby improving quality
Prepare the project and programme budget, annual operating plan and other strategic documents
Collaborate with other managers to execute programme
Educational Requirements:
MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the development field especially in project management
Additional Job Requirements:

Have knowledge on project cycle management; monitoring and evaluation; conceptual understanding of development and migration issues, budget analysis, financial plan
Have skills on planning; problem solving; decision-making; project proposal writing and report writing
Have competencies on leadership; communication; coordinating; creativity, innovation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships in a multicultural environment
