Position: Manager, Awareness Campaign (Contractual), Migration Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare plan and design for implementing awareness activities at central and field level
Supervise all activities of 5 Reintegration Service Centers and provide guidance to project staffs for ensuring quality programme implementation / field operations
Conduct field visit in regular basis for effective field operation and update the progress/ significant changes if any to the management
Develop IEC/ BCC materials such as brochure, booklet, flipchart ,leaflet, poster for distributing among participants involved in awareness
Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders i.e. Ministries, BMET, DEMO, Probashi Kollyan Bank, and other organisations and assist team to arrange issue based event at national and field level
Advise on ‘best practice’ approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused
Collaborate with other managers to execute programme
Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritization of work and improving quality thereby
Troubleshoot project problems, launch initiatives to reduce operational costs and defects, identify and implement creative solutions
Support to the migration staff and partners in order to build their skills and capabilities to do local level advocacy and actions on migration to ascertain the migrants rights and protection
Networking with local, national and regional alliance on migration
Prepare different reports and manage documentation
Educational Requirements:
MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the development field, especially on awareness campaign and advocacy

Have skills on staff supervision, programme monitoring and continuous guidance
Have skills on networking, stakeholders liaison and develop relationship, partner organisation and donor management
Have competencies on project planning and development, budget planning and cost control
Have skills on IEC/ BCC materials preparation with best practice identification and innovation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships in a multicultural environment
