Position: Officer/ Senior Officer, HR (Contractual); Humanitarian Crisis Management Project

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Coordinate and organise recruitment and selection process
Facilitate on-boarding of new staffs
Maintain liaison with different stakeholders and involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance
Take part in different employer branding initiatives
Participate and organise different training, meeting and forum
Strengthen rapport with the staffs by visiting branch offices on a regular basis
Ensure on-time performance appraisal in qualitative manner and actively involve with the concern department to make it effective
Handle complaints and grievance as per organisation policy and procedures and involve with internal investigations process
Maintain proper documentation and prepare different reports related to HR activities
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
Educational Requirements:
BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any reputed University with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable. Candidates having graduation/ post-graduation on HRM/ Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
Candidates having minimum one year experience will get preference. Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply

Knowledge on MS Office Package
