Position: Programme Coordinator, Gender Justice and Diversity Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and quality implementation of activities of Gender Justice And Diversity Program, monitor budget utilization/ implementation in line with the project log-frame, prepare for required budget analysis
Provide support to gender mainstreaming issues and the protection of the most vulnerable among women and girls in relation BRAC Gender Goal
Provide support to other gender related interventions, including project development.
Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
Supporting gender mainstreaming processes including implementation of Gender Equality Strategy
Supporting the development of other interventions
Ensure facilitation of knowledge building and sharing through synthesis of lessons learnt and best practices under the project supported; sound contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice
Keeps management update by preparing project updates and presentations that showcase a project's value and status
Lead the reporting process and knowledge products related with gender goal organizing learning opportunities, and designing M&E tools and frameworks
Provide programmatic and technical guidance and inputs to develop innovative project strategies and implementation
Ensure preparation and submission of all progress reports, periodic reports, donor reports etc. of the innovative projects
Plan and ensure all the studies such as baseline, midterm, final evaluation of the innovative projects
Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Science/ Development Studies/ Gender Studies from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
At least 7 years of working experience in relevant field
Additional Job Requirements:

Have conceptual Knowledge on key gender and development in the context of Bangladesh
Have practical experience in project management, implementation of gender programme, oversight of budget and other resources
Skills in developing reports on strategic directions
Excellent team player and building relationships
