Position: Senior Officer, Admin and Finance, BRAC Humanitarian Programme (BHP)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Accomplish BHP’s programme support in coordination and collaboration with Finance & Accounts, Administration, HR, Internal Audit and other support functions to ensure all administrative and compliance related requirements
Share official documents such as circulars, meeting minutes, related information with field & head office staff and preservation all of those documents
Ensure procurement of programme goods, commodities, services and office supplies in a timely manner (stationery, NFIs, printing materials etc.)
Ensure logistical support to organise events at national and regional levels
Provide administrative support to process visa application and manage visitors’ schedule and programmes
Maintain coordination with BHP management staff to accomplish day to day administrative support and to deal with management related issues
Preserve different documents and information materials and assist in publishing documents and knowledge products
Prepare department and programme budget, FD-6 & project completion report for NGOAB, act as a primary contact to ensure timely submission of programme budget, audit reply and other reports to NGO AB. Tracking budget and expenditures in collaboration with concerned managements
Process approvals like, PF, Staff loan and sending those applications to the respective department/programmes in head office and in field office as required
Ensure collection of annual PMS forms and send it to HRD after completing necessary activities
Onsite administrative and logistic support for emergency response and project implementation, which will require staying in field
Educational Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s in any subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field

Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations
Strong analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently
Have a sense of responsibility and adaptability
Skills in Time Management, Multitasking, Report Writing and taking Meeting notes
Very good command on Microsoft Office Packages and Internet browsing
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
