Position: Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare accounts and fund reconciliation on monthly basis
Check, verify and correct monthly BCC data
Prepare monthly financial report summary and project status report
Prepare monthly budget variance report with summary sheet
Prepare donor report as per requirement and donor wise fund tracking
Prepare weekly project wise fund received status report
Prepare FD4 accounts, and assist to submit of FD6 and FD7
Formulate chart of accounts for new project
Communication with programme personnel and support as required
Procurement requisition approval as per approved budget
Check bill, voucher and provide accounts code
Educational Requirements:
MBA/ M.Com/ CA (CC) from any reputed university or institutions with minimum 2nd division/ class in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is required

Strong communication skills, both at the executive and operations level
Self-motivated and a problem solving ability
Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Fluent in English, both verbal and written language
Willing to travel as required
