Position: Officer, Operations; Skills Development Programme (SDP)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Identify the business opportunities through innovative models
Support to develop IT center and IT training business plan
Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Identify IT courses business opportunities in country
Develop IT courses training platform
Understanding market needs and offering solutions and support
Support and organize business meetings/ workshops/ training as per organizational need
Provide support to the BRAC Skills Development Programme for skills training facilitating
Regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities & Prepare, analyze all relevant reports and documentation as required by the supervisor
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor/ Masters from any reputed University with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or equivalent CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience at business and/or Market Development, preferably in IT sector
Additional Job Requirements:

Good knowledge in IT training/courses, Digital Marketing,
Computer and Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill, Business Proposal Preparation
Partnership Development, Advocacy, Event Management
Pro active and quick decision making
Age Range: At most 35 year(s)
Salary Range: Negotiable
