Position: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description/Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor all CS workflow to ensure that jobs are completed by their dead line.
To train new staff on Systems and soft phone functions required.
To compile System reports for management as required.
To identify and recommend systems, procedural and process changes as required.
Adopt the escalation process for issues and orders that are in Jeopardy Or have failed.
Briefs new entrants in the department on procedures and processes as well as all relevant techniques required at the work place.
Ensure that customer complaints and issues contain captured contain accurate and complete information.
Advise CSA’s of any errors and issue, corrective action when necessary.
Act as an interface for CS, both to internal and external customers.
Produce management reports highlighting performance and adherence to KPI’s.
Answer inbound enquiries via ‘phone when required.
Recommend procedural changes, system modifications and training as the need arises.
Undertake remote quality checks and give feedback.
Assist other Team members in conducting 1:1’s and annual appraisals.
Assume responsibility for 1st line Management of CSA’s.
Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business.
Experience Requirements:

At least 5 years of working progressive working experience, 3 of which must be directly involving in sales and marketing in banking institutions or any other related business entity.
