Job Description/Responsibilities:
Provide support to branches with all sales activities (sales plan and sales strategy) that ensures the attainment of branch sales goals and profitability.
Generate sales leads that will ensure market penetration is achieved.
Provide a daily sales activity plan to Manager Sales, Channels and Agent Banking.
Support the sales executive in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of Business ethics to ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Prepare daily reports on accounts opened and funded.
Support branches to meet or exceed sales targets.
Support sales drives and campaigns with branches.
Support branches with zoning of catchment areas.
Support in driving agent on boarding and recruitment.
Prepare daily reports on on boarding and transactions.
Support in agent supervision and management.
Monitor and inform management on product performance in the market.
Perform any other duties assigned by line manager or supervisor.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business
Experience Requirements:
At least 2 years of working as a supervisor, 1 of which must be directly involving sales and marketing in banking institutions or any other related business entity.
