Job Description/Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage under the direction of the Communications Manager, to implement, oversee and monitor rollout of all company communication both internally and externally.
Together with the media Partner, PR or creative agency to be advised, devise a communication and media plan that meets BRACs business and brand objectives.
Coordinate BRAC’s communication and media planning and buying portfolio ensuring that all media scheduling from various units is co-coordinated.
Evaluate media owner proposals and negotiate best solution implementation
Liaise with, support and advise BRAC in reference to best Communication and media strategy and utilization
Define media by target segment so as to achieve optimal reach and frequency
Assist the Communications Manager in management of the overall BRAC Communication and media budget by constantly tracking allocated spend vis-à-vis actual spend.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses and suppliers.
Assist the Communications Manager in interviews and responding to queries to regional media and deliver briefings to regional correspondences.
Create brand intimacy with radio presenters by constantly exposing them to the BRAC brand, Products and services and brand values.
Coordinate all syndicated media to monitor for BRAC content.
Advise on advertising effectiveness and or relevance of media properties (radio, television, outdoor) properties planned for acquisition by BRAC
Assist the Communications manager internal content on intranet, Internal newsletter, POS material, memo’s and circulars
Any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance/Business and Mass Communications
Experience Requirements:

At least 5 years of working, 03 of which must be directly involving media and PR and marketing in Banking institutions or any other related entity.
