Position: Senior Manager, Grants (Contractual); Humanitarian Crisis Management Project

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Manage the reporting workflows and processes to ensure the timely and quality development, review and submission of reports and other communication products,
Maintain a grants tracker and provide regular management information (deadlines for reporting, Financial progress, other grants requirement) to both the programme team in Cox's Bazar and relevant departments in BRAC Head Office
Oversee proposal development processes including drafting and producing high quality concept notes and proposals and coordinate with the senior leadership in BRAC Head Office before in finalizing proposals
Finalize budgets for different proposals by coordinating with technical leads and finance team both in Cox's Bazar and BRAC Head Office
Develop the capacity of the grants team, deepen understanding of their roles and assist with career development
Ensure that grant information including deadlines, donor priorities and requirements are communicated and grants are closed in compliance with donor regulations
Prepare consolidated progress reports for program leadership including identification of problems, causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation and providing specific recommendations,
Assist management in the formulation of HCMP's overall strategic direction
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Development Studies/ Social Sciences or relevant professional fields from any recognized national/ international university/ institutions with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 07 years’ of relevant work experience including 02 years’ experience in managerial role in NGO/ INGO is prerequisite
Additional Job Requirements:

Sound knowledge of involving multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral projects, and partnership development
Strong understanding of donor rules and regulations related to reporting and compliance
Demonstrated experience of coordinating and preparing narrative and financial reports for a variety of donors
Advanced knowledge on using MS Excel
Ability to manage team, work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation, excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
