Position: Deputy Manager; Migration Programme (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Supervise planned activities of Reintegration Service Centres and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation/ field operations
Visit field regularly for effective field operation and update the progress/ significance changes
Provide necessary support to project staffs and volunteers for providing required support to the targeted returnees
Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders such as Ministries, BMET (DEMO), Probashi Kollyan Bank, network and like Minded organization and assist team to arrange issue base event at national level for Advocacy & referral linkage
Prepare periodical reports/ donors report, case story and narrative progress report etc.
Liaise with local level industries/ institutes and projects for managing job placement for the returnees, process MOU signing
Educational Requirements:
MSS/ MBA or other relevant discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 02 years of relevant working experience is required preferably in development sector
Additional Job Requirements:

Have knowledge on programme operations management, staffs supervision, programme monitoring and continuous guidance, networking, stakeholders liaison and develop networking
Have skills on project planning and development, budget planning and cost control and information technology
Have skills on multi-national project and team leadership cross-cultural communications, IEC/ BCC preparation, best practice identification and innovation
