Deputy Manager, MIS; Health Nutrition and Population Programme (Contractual)


Job Description/Responsibilities:

Prepare monitoring tools, guideline and work plan and conduct monitoring
Capacity development of the team through need assessment, planning, conduct training and follow up on data collection, monitoring tools, methodology and standard reporting format
Supervision of field monitors (QC/ JQC/ QCA)
Prepare and timely submission of Monitoring Report to all levels (field, head office, respective programme personals and donors)
Prepare and timely submission of Monthly Performance Report to all levels (field, head office, respective programme personals and donors)
Participate in program meeting, present monitoring findings at all levels and provide support to achieve target and quality assurance of programme

Requirements

Educational Requirements: Masters from any recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Health sector as a Supervisor of Research/ Monitoring and Evaluation/ Quality Assurance/ Implementation of different projects/ programmes.


Additional Requirements:
Knowledge and skill on developing monitoring tools, guideline and plan
Ability to conduct monitoring and quality assurance of different health programmes
Efficiency in preparing Monthly Performance Report and timely submission
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner and preparation of monitoring reports
Computer skills using SPSS Software, preparing reports and presentation, good understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power point and data base management
