Position: Sector Specialist (Popular Theatre), Community Empowerment Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Monthly action plan prepare coordinating with district level CEP staff and send to Regional Manager (CEP) and responsible for respective districts for providing direction to Popular Theatre initiative for its smooth and effective implementation
Provide technical support to ensure achieving CEP and others program Popular Theatre target in respective districts
Develop special scene chart, creating song and theme for new drama
Organize, facilitate and making training module for Popular Theatre basic training ,workshop and rehearsal and others theatre related works
Take necessary steps for Popular Theatre marketing in BRAC and out of BRAC
Regular coordination with Head Office and field and take necessary step for achieving all activities of Popular Theatre in the time Line
Report prepare and case Story collection and send to HO by Regional Manager (CEP)
Popular Theatre show follow-up and provide necessary direction for Popular Theatre staff and performer for development
Regular coordination and visit in various GO/ NGO/ Corporate/Business organization for Popular Theatre marketing
Take necessary step for preserving and repairing Popular Theatre materials
Accounts, bill voucher and file cheek at visiting area and coordination with others program
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Drama & Dramatics from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year work experience specially field level on Popular Theatre activities
Additional Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Bangla and in English
Excellent time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking, facilitation and communication skills
Knowledge on theatre activity specialization on direction, acting, performance, plot and theme making and budgeting
Must be multi-dimensional, hard worker and thinking new idea
Have competency on team work, adaptability, field oriented and working with poor people
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
